You can tell if there’s an foreign transaction fee if the charge shows up in a currency other than USD.

It depends on the currency used for the charge.

Enjoy the O’Hare United Polaris lounge and your flights!

I thought it was really nice a couple of years ago.

It is definitely better than the regular United lounges.

The European Union says ETIAS will start in mid-2025, but there isn’t a specific date yet.

It should only take a few days to get approved, like similar systems.

Check about a month before your trip to be sure everything is set.

Give them a call to have it added.

LATAM joined the Global Entry program in 2021.

I work as a corporate travel agent and frequently book LATAM flights for my clients.

I include it in my system, so I’m not exactly sure where on the website you can add it, but they can assist you with that.

This was the view from the Priority Pass Prime Class Lounge in Zurich back in February of this year.

    Primeclass lounge zurich

We truly enjoyed our time there, it was clean, spacious, and the large windows provided a pleasant view outside.

The only downside was the slow transition from breakfast to lunch, which limited our food options before our flight.

However, the self-serve bar and variety of drink options made up for it.

We had no issues with the WiFi connection.

While I can’t compare it to other lounges, we were delighted to have found a peaceful spot to relax before our flight.

FYI it can get crowded so there are sometimes capacity limits.

I have had the Founders Card for the last year and I just renewed so that I could get Caesar’s Diamond status for my Trip to Las Vegas.

I am going to play in the World Series of Poker June 3-21st, I am selling action if you want a piece, send me a private message.

It cost me $299 USD to renew, but on my first trip, I saved $917 USD in resort fees alone.

Plus I get front of the line service to all Events, Restaurants and next available seat at poker games at any Caesars resort.

Also gets you upgrades to Avis, Mariott, Hilton Honors, and 500 other benefits.

If you are planning to travel, look into Founders Card, it’s a great deal and more than pays for itself on your first trip.

Not everything is available in Canada, like the Apple discount, but there are lots, especially if you travel to the USA.

    Works for me.

When based in Lisbon take a day trip, first see Queluz Palace then head onto Sintra, which is just 1 hour by train.

A nice place for a day or two (especially in warmer weather) is Estoril along the coast on the way to Porto.

After reaching Porto and visiting the city and some great local wineries, loop back down to Evora on your way back to Lisbon.

We spent 9 or 10 days following the above itinerary and found the pace manageable.

Nope, Chicago O’Hare does not have a Capital One Lounge.

The only Capital One Lounges are at DFW, IAD, and DEN.

Hopefully they are planning to build a Capital One Lounge at ORD because that would be awesome.

Stay away from Amazon knock-offs because they don’t work in the same way.

The reason why AirTags work so well is because they take advantage of Apple’s existing network of devices.

I’ve seen Tile recommended for non-Apple users.

I’d go with the Ink Cash via Apple gift cards unless you really want the extended warranty.

You can also purchase Apple Protection via gift cards too.

Buying in-store is the easiest with the gift card route.

If you don’t want to do the gift card route I’d honestly look at grabbing a new card to meet the sign up bonus and then the gold.
