    Club Wyndham are timeshare resorts.

Wyndham Rewards is the rewards program for Wyndham hotels.

I am not sure you can use Wyndham Rewards points at Club Wyndham.

I am shocked Flighty hasn’t made an Android version yet.

Seems like they are purposely ignoring half the market.

I believe Allianz is also the backend provider of most of the credit card travel insurance from Chase, AMEX, etc.

I had a lost bag with Lufthansa and filed a claim with Chase via Allianz.

It was relatively easy and they paid out the claim after submitting all the info online.

Etihad used to give a free hotel on business class awards (along with free chauffeur service) but now it is only available for paid tickets.

Doesn’t matter if you are on an economy, business, or first class award.

I agree with most of the others here.

It’s ideal to have both, but starting with Chase is a good idea for at least a few different reasons.

One of the big reasons to start with Chase is the 5/24 rule where they will not approve you for a new card if you’ve opened 5 cards (from any bank) within the last 24 months.

And, for Chase UR, you really only need one card that you’ll pay an annual fee on (generally either Chase Sapphire Preferred or Chase Sapphire Reserve) and then you can augment earning points to use through it with cards that have no annual fees, such as Freedom Flex and Freedom Unlimited (and, if you have even a small business, Ink Cash is also a great addition.)

You’ll likely eventually want to pick up some airline or hotel-specific cards and Chase’s 5/24 rule also applies to those (e.g. Hyatt, United, Southwest, Marriott, etc.)

That said, you can get just as much, if not more, value our of Amex MR points as Chase UR and it’s ideal to eventually have a decent amount of both, especially with Amex’s wide range of airline transfer partners.

I’ve done that trip twice in 6 months and it was excellent.

787 has a flat bed and great service.

I was grateful for the direct flight from JFK.

Maybe try sending them a letter asking for reconsideration explaining the situation, otherwise try calling them every week.

More than likely, they won’t reopen your account since all of these lenders have language in their terms that allows them to do this at their discretion.

Nope, you can’t transfer SkyMiles to Flying Blue.

You could potentially book through Delta a flight operated by KLM / Air France but there is no way to transfer SkyMiles directly to Flying Blue.

I’d do the wedding night in Boulder, it’s a nice town, but Thompson in Denver would be my choice.

Usually, it is instant but I know people have been having delays with Air Canada lately.

To confirm they have the amount of seats you need, run a search for that amount of seats.

I’ve done JFK Airtrain to LIRR to NJ Transit to Newark Airtrain.

Takes about 75 minutes if you can time it well, 90 minutes is more realistic.

    Check schedules ahead.

You won’t lose the points if you close your account but you will lose the ability to transfer to partners.

The Hyatt Regency lounge access makes it worth the extra points.

Start with the airline and then research your insurance.

It depends on which Chase card she used to purchase the flight.
