No you can’t transfer SkyMiles to anywhere.
You’d have to do Chase to Virgin Atlantic, if there is award availability on that flight, you can book and potentially fly Delta metal.
But I would first check Virgin before doing any transfers and see if there are any fuel surcharges.

You can only make bookings for these flights through Delta.
Their online search will show all options available to Delta members.
Reaching out to KLM directly would not be productive.

They will probably merge your flight with another one shortly, assign a new flight number, and you will have no recourse.
The flight delay needs to be over 8 hours for compensation from El Al.

Capital One transfers to Wyndham Rewards.
I believe that you might be able to use Wyndham Rewards points at some Club Wyndham properties.

I always travel with Nuum, which are electrolyte tablets.
Super convenient and very tasty.
Fit in my purse and I travel everywhere with them.

They have awesome points prices to Spain and you can transfer to Iberia from Chase or Amex.

If you have the ability, build in a free afternoon mid-way through your trip and find a local laundromat (unless your accommodation has self-wash facilities.)
That way you can pack for a week and then re-wear your clothes.
If there’s no laundromat I sometimes use a laundry bar and do a few things every other day in the sink and hang to dry.
You can use “Sink Suds” if you’re doing multiple pieces in the sink.
Or a laundry bar like Ethique.
Just cut off a small amount to take with you.
(I find the bar easier if I’m only doing a couple of pieces.)

I don’t think they go to Alaska but I know you can book Virgin Cruises with Capital One points.

If you have checked luggage—probably not, as you must go through Passport Control, claim baggage, check-in, do security, and get to the gate.
If no checked luggage and you have checked in online, you should be OK—as long as your inbound flight is on time.
