It’s a person’s flexibility and expectations that some service is going to get them some amazing deal with rigid dates.
Sorry, you were disappointed with the service.
Hopefully, it will work better for your travels in the future.

I don’t use it for camera gear, though!
Right now, I’m using that along with an Away carry on for my year long trip.

Basically, Chase Ink Cash card that racks up 5 times the rewards at office supply stores.
These stores sell loads of gift cards for popular shops and restaurants.
Plus, they often have sales on Visa and Mastercard gift cards without activation fees.
So, if you’re good at managing these gift cards, you can sort of make your own shopping and dining hub.

When I searched this summer, Lufthansa had more available flights for me than Swiss, but that might be because I have nonstop Lufthansa flights to Europe without needing to change planes.

You can book flights with ANA through Virgin Atlantic, but you won’t find ANA flights listed on the Virgin Atlantic website.
Your best option is to search on United’s website, and if you see ANA flights, give Virgin Atlantic a call to make your booking

MemberApril 5, 2024 at 11:49 pm in reply to: How Nice Is Brussels Airlines Premium Economy On A330?My experience flying Brussels Airlines Premium Economy on the A330 was okay, except for the unbearable heat.
The cabin was ferociously hot because they had the heat blasting the entire flight.
Premium Economy is only three rows, and the heavy curtains at the front and back of the cabin trapped the heat, making it like a sauna with no air flow.
There were no personal overhead air vents, so we couldn’t get any air moving.
We asked the flight attendant to cool it down, and it got slightly better for a few minutes, but then the Belgian passengers started putting on coats and blankets, so they turned the heat back up.
All the Americans in Premium Economy were visibly sweating.
In Economy and Business, it was much cooler because those cabins are larger with better air circulation.
Economy was about 1/3 full, whereas every seat in Premium Economy was occupied, making it even hotter.
Premium Economy passengers had to go back to Economy to use the lavatories, which wasn’t too bad because it was cooler back there.
Otherwise, it was a typical international Premium Economy experience.
The seats were okay but nothing special.
The in-flight entertainment selection was very limited with few movies or TV shows, and the flight map didn’t work.
Dinner and breakfast were okay.
On the plus side, the service was friendly, boarding was efficient, and we took off on time and landed early.
The plane was clean but showing its age.
The safety video was hilarious and brilliant.
Overall, not as good as Premium Economy on Lufthansa, or even transatlantic Premium Economy on Delta, American Airlines, or United Airlines.
If the temperature hadn’t been such an issue, it would have been an unremarkable experience, which is usually all I ask for unless I’m in Business or First.
Brussels Airport is small, but the lounge was nice.
Our layover was over 6 hours, but it passed quickly.
We were just happy to be somewhere with AC rather than heat.

It is connected to the airport.
You don’t even have to walk outside.
VERY convenient.
Highly recommend!

Sometimes it’s 1 minute and sometimes it’s 30.
Same with baggage claim.
You will likely be changing terminals which is a 10-20 min Skylink ride.
If everything goes perfectly, and you don’t have check bags it’ll be fine.

Also after 3PM they won’t let you in because they use the lounge for international business class passengers.
I learned that the hard way when I arrived at 3:06pm and they wouldn’t let me in.

It’s a product change rather than a new product / line of credit.

MemberDecember 15, 2023 at 6:05 pm in reply to: Does Chase Freedom Allow Points Transfer To Airlines?Correct you can’t transfer Ultimate Rewards from Chase Freedom to airline partners.
Only Ink, Sapphire Reserve, and Sapphire Preferred can transfer to airlines.
I’d keep Venture X and apply for Chase Sapphire Preferred instead.
