As far as I know, Norwegian Cruise Line is still the only cruise line to offer no single supplement fee.
I wish more would do so.
I have the same issue with a lot of land-based tours as well.
I am a photographer and would like to do photography tours/workshops but am not willing to bunk with a stranger or pay as much as an extra $1000 for my own room.

The majority of US cards are set to Chip+Signature as their default.
There are a few like The Barclays Aviator that is Chip+Pin but they’re rare.
When a Chip+Pin card is inserted into a US Card reader it defaults past Chip+Pin to Chip+Signature.
Similarly, when a US Chip+Signature card is inserted into a Chip+Pin system in the rest of the world it goes to the Chip+Signature default and prints out a slip to be signed.
With the increased use of tap-to-pay tech in card readers and cards themselves this is less and less of an issue these days unless it is a large transaction.
There are a few places where this can still be an issue if there isn’t a tap-to-pay option available and those are parking garages, unmanned train/metro kiosks & the pumps at gas stations but paying inside works.
If you set up a pin for a Chip+Signature card it will not work like a true Chip+Pin card as the system uses the pin for a cash advance function, not purchase.

In my opinion, EVA Air’s Business class ranks among the top three or four globally, alongside airlines like Qatar Airways and Emirates, and it surpasses Singapore Airlines business class offerings these days.
It’s also worth noting that EVA Air uses Terminal 2 (T2) at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport.
Which is relatively small compared to major terminals in the US and Europe, making transit quite convenient (I experienced this when traveling in a different direction a couple of months ago).

You typically need to email the Sydney office of Asiana to get it booked.
However award tickets are NOT eligible.
Even if it was a paid ticket, there were a lot of rules around fare class, the route being flown, and it was only available during certain months so just be aware.
