Can Any Capital One Authorized Users Transfer Points To Frequent Flyer Account?
P2 has a Venture X and we want to book Turkish Airlines – we are just under the amount needed for 2 x one ways in biz but I can supplement with my Bilt points but only to my TK account.
If I get added as an authorized user on his Venture X, can we transfer to my TK account too?
I know Amex allows this but not sure about Capital One.

No, Capital One doesn’t allow transfers to authorized users’ frequent flyer accounts.
