Can I Cancel Iberia Award And Get Full Refund?
Continuing to dig into the Iberia program this week and I have another question for anyone who has used Iberia for partner awards:
I’ve been referred to this FlyerTalk thread that Iberia partner awards are basically non-refundable.
Another person on Reddit seemed to think it was gospel that Iberia Partner awards (like on AA) were basically non-refundable.
I couldn’t find that or a clear partner awards cancellation policy anywhere on the Iberia site and to be honest, the FlyerTalk thread seems to consist of basically one guy stating that it would be impossible to cancel a partner award.
Anyone here with clearer knowledge on cancelling (or changing etc) Iberia Partner awards on AA?

The Iberia site does not cover partner award cancellations well other than Vueling which they expressly say you will not get points back for.
Personally, I would only book an Iberia flight through them since the results seem mixed for partner cancellations.
I would look at BA instead to see if I could book there for partners.
With a lack of a clear policy, I would not take a chance.

You cancel any award and get your miles back.
Do a Google search as this is covered in quite a few forums.
