Does Credit Card Car Insurance cover camper vans or RV rentals?
I’ve been reading through and reaching out to customer service regarding this and not getting clear answers. Does anyone here have experience with renting camper vans and if Chase Ink Business Preferred has coverage? (This will be rented out of the country).
Edit: I did a lot of research through credit cards, third parties, and even my personal car insurance. No one covers campervans, other than the insurance offered by the campervan rental agency.

No, unfortunately, most insurance doesn’t cover campervans or RVs. Also, credit card car insurance typically doesn’t cover car-sharing sites like Turo or anything like that.

No, credit card car insurance doesn’t cover RV, camper vans, or exotic cars. Your personal car insurance also might not cover it, so best to check before booking. Unfortunately, it might make most sense just to buy the specialized RV insurance from the RV rental company.
