How long does MSC Cruise Status Match take?
I matched to Ocean Prime in Sept. I just called the number to book my MSC cruise and they were not able to find my details (tried Oceans Prime no, Full name, dob).
The MSC rep asked me to email their admin department with the details so they can sort it out.
Has this happened to anyone else?
If so, how long does it take to resolve?
(There are not many cabins remaining on the cruise we want)
UPDATE:
I just called MSC and they can see the Ocean offers now! There was just some delay on the Ocean side this month

I matched on Sept 17th and thought I could book this week because everything says the 15th of the month after you match. When I called today MSC didn’t have my name so I called Ocean. Ocean told me I’d have to wait until the 15th of the month AFTER the first 15th following your match. They said if I matched after 9/15 they won’t have my name until Nov 15th. I just hope the person I talked to knew what she was talking about. Time will tell.

Have you tried going onto your account on Oceans to make sure it’s in the system correctly?

Also..you have to have a Voyager’s Club account in order for MSC to see you cruise invitation.

Did you ever sign into your MSC voyagers account? The match would be to MSC from Ocean Prime correct?
