How To Combine Points From Capital One, AA, And AMEX?
How do I combine Capital One Miles and Amex points so I can use my points effectively to pay for tickets to Brazil?
I have 32,000 Capital One points, 40,000 AMEX Membership Rewards points, and 90,000 points on the American Airlines Visa.

As far as the bank points programs, many have overlapping transfer partners so combining those for a redemption is possible but Capital One and AMEX don’t transfer directly to AA.

Neither CapitalOne nor Amex transfer to AA directly and the indirect route would turn those 32k points down to about 10k AA miles which just isn’t a good deal.
It also takes several days to complete.
With 90k AA you should be able to find a decent deal via AA if there is low-level saver space available.
