How to combine points between Capital One, American Express, American Airlines?
I have 32,000 points on Capital One and points on American Express and 90,000 points on the American Airlines visa.
How do I combine them so I can use my points effectively to pay for tickets to Brazil?

Neither CapitalOne nor Amex transfer to AA directly and the indirect route would turn those 32k points down to about 10k AA miles which just isn’t a good deal. It also takes several days to complete.
With 90k AA you should be able to find a decent deal via AA *if there is low-level saver space available.

As far as the bank points programs, many have overlapping transfer partners so combining those for a redemption is possible.
