I Linked My Chase Ultimate Rewards Account And Now I Can’t Transfer The Points
I posted yesterday and got P2 to combine his Chase personal and business accounts. Now he cannot combine points. He gets an error message.
Also, the accounts that show up as linked under his account no longer include my account which we added a few months ago. I suppose that’s an issue he can call about and re-add me.
Has anyone had this issue? Hoping it’s just taking time for everything to sync up.
Somewhat stressed because he is a reluctant P2 until it comes time for travel and he hates being on the phone dealing with this stuff.
