If I Am Authorized User, Can I Still Get Credit Card Sign Up Bonus?
My player 2 just got the Barclays AA Aviator red card, which has a 15k bonus when your Authorized User makes their first purchase.
My question is, if they make me and AU, will they prevent me from being eligible to get the card in the future?

Being an AU will not prevent you from receiving the very same card in your own name.
This Barclay Aviator Red promo is for a limited time, so if I were you, I’d apply ASAP and make your P2 an AU.
Between the two of you, it’s an easy 150,000 AA miles windfall!

No, but in the future, you can make the AU someone not into the points game.
No SSN is required just name and birthday on this card.
You could put Taylor Swift in there in theory – I would not and did not – the card comes to P1 anyway.
No sense wasting a spot on a REAL player.
