It’s very hard to know if these sites are legit. They could be legit BUT almost all of them violate the terms of service of the airline frequent flyer programs. You could pay them for the ticket, they ticket it, and then it could get canceled because the airline finds out. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

If something happens, you have no recourse because the airline won’t care and the company probably won’t give you a refund and could just disappear into the night.

I also wouldn’t trust anything you see online from “review” sites like TrustPilot because those sites can have fake reviews.
