Plastiq Says Check Was Delivered But It Wasn’t
Hi guys, this is a question about Plastiq. I made three payments on Plastiq to Fifth Third Bank.
All shows delivered and deposited on the Plastiq account on Sep 28, but the fifth third bank only received two of the payments as of now, and when I call they want actual proof of payments mailed and deposited.
Plastiq account only shows a sample check image only.
I emailed Plastiq many times and explained everything and sent screenshots and everything they asked but they keep acting like they don’t know and not being cooperative.
They don’t have a number to call, how should proceed? Thanks

They filed for bankruptcy on 05/24/2023 so that might be part of it. Their phone number on BBB is (844) 752-7847. Hope that helps!
