What’s Passport Validity Requirement For Entering Switzerland?
Does anyone know the passport validity requirement for entering Switzerland for US citizens entering via the Netherlands?
I’ve seen both 3 months and 6 months.

Also, check with your airline.
They frequently have their own rules and may deny boarding.

If you are flying from the Netherlands, they won’t check your passport but if your passport is less than 6 months, then EU might deny you entry but not sure.
Best to call or email the Swiss Embassy.

Note that it is 3 months from the departure date, not arrival date.

The official policy is 3 months by government authority if the passport is less than 10 years old which is likely.
The US Government recommends 6 months.
