What to do if your Flying Blue / KLM frequent flyer account has been hacked?
A couple of days ago I posted here that I could not log in to my Flying Blue account and the Air France or KLM app was showing an incorrect number of miles.
Well, today I called Flying Blue and they told me they suspended my account because someone was trying to hack into it.
They told me to email [email protected] with a copy of my ID and the account should be unsuspended in a few days.
Fingers crossed. Just posting this in case this helps someone in the future
