You have quite a few options.
On the low end, the Amex Hilton Business is still offered with 10 free visits per calendar year to Priority Pass lounges with a $95 annual fee and some other perks too. The additional benefit of no 5/24 slot used.
From there you venture into the premium card realms.
If you’ve had your Chase Sapphire Preferred for more than 48 months (from the bonus not signup) you could downgrade that to a Freedom to get the Chase Sapphire Reserve with a sign up bonus.
The Capital One Venture X has a good lounge benefit with Priority Pass, Plaza Premium Lounge & their own limited but growing Capital One Lounge(s). We have 90k referral links on that.
The strongest will be the Amex Platinum. Great card with a lot of perks but also the highest annual fee but I more than double the annual fee in recouped cash each year. With the Amex Platinum you have Centurion, Escape, Priority Pass & Plaza Premium lounge access and Delta & Lufthansa lounges (select airports) when flying on those airlines.
