Why is American Airlines Award flight not showing on AA website?

Are there some websites that can show you potential bookings for Alaska Air but with AA points? I can’t seem to get it on AA. Unrelated, I found a perfect flight on seats.aero on AA that wasn’t on AA’s website. Why?

(1) Results on Seats.Aero are cached, not live as the airline sites are scrapped for award availability once or twice a day so someone else could have grabbed availability before results are updated (2) sometimes airlines make awards available to one partner but not another
