OneWorld is an umbrella – but your status is attached to one airline.
That airline’s frequent flyer number has to be on your booking.
I don’t know if you can do that via BA’s website (a lot of airlines don’t allow you to add another airline’s frequent flyer number on award bookings) but you should be able to do it via Finnair or Royal Jordanian’s websites.
