I searched all the sites and it seems Rail Europe has the cheapest fares.
It seems that it is somehow even cheaper than booking directly with the national rail line like Deutsche Bahn.

A flat rate of 2% / 2x is the best out there.
Some cards allow for higher earnings on either 1 category of your choice or ones set by the credit card company.

Everyone says you can book through partners / but I have yet to find availability.
I have booked on Singapore Air a few times / last year traveling LAX – DPS (Bali).
We had a stopover in Singapore for 5 days / and it was around 115,000 points one-way business class.
They have a fantastic business class…although I think the point redemption has gone up this year

Barclays does not have their own shopping portal but you can use other shopping portals like TopCashBack.
Barclays doesn’t do “AMEX Offers” style promotions but they typically do give you 5,000 miles if you add an Authorized User.

There are a couple of key indicators you want to look for in making your decision.
Your premium price is based on
*Your age,
*State of residence, and
*Trip cost.
#1: PRIMARY medical.
Primary coverage will be paid first, before any other medical insurance.
Secondary coverage will be paid only after your primary medical insurance has paid the claim and that benefit has maxed.
Your travel insurance should be the first payer.
**Make sure the medical coverage is primary – not secondary.
#2: Look for higher daily limits than the typical $150/day for trip delay/trip interruption.
Anyone who experienced an unplanned hotel stay with meals, etc. can tell you $150 a day is inadequate.
#3: NEVER buy the insurance offered by the airlines at check out.
This is typically overpriced and under-delivered; many are sadly surprised to learn too late.
All it is, is overpriced a la carte trip interruption.
If the flight gets canceled you don’t lose your money but have 12 months to reapply it.
Federal requirements stipulate they must reimburse you if they have operational issues.
These policies are attractive to inexperienced fliers who might not have the capacity to buy a hotel room and wait — or have impossible restrictions on the date of travel because of weather.
Reality: this money is profit (+100 million) from ppl who think they’re “saving” with a cheap policy.
Your money goes much further with an actual travel insurance policy, which covers this and much more.
Lots of cheap policies provide
secondary medical and lower daily coverage. Weigh your risk.
Then you want to define it by your situation and/or travel plans/destinations.
Is coverage for pre-existing medical important?
You’ll need to purchase within 7, 14, or 21 days of your initial trip deposit.
Varies by policy.
Other option: see what travel insurance, your credit card provides.
Look closely, because some are not particularly robust.

No, you can’t bring guests in with Venture X.
It doesn’t matter what flavor of Priority Pass membership you have, at the Chase Lounge guests are always $75 unless you have Chase Sapphire Reserve or the Ritz card which is unlimited guests.
