Yes, you should be able to but I would recommend calling them before transferring the points.
Otherwise, book 1 room in your name and the other in your spouse’s account.

Good luck trying to do it online it tried for hours no luck.
But it was super easy to get once I arrived $32 USD.
And do the immigration card the day before online.

One con is the customer service is a little tricky to get ahold of.
They don’t have a customer service phone line, you can only talk to them via email.
Their live chat is a bot.
You can talk to Mastercard about the credit card itself if you have issues with transactions (not including rent).

2-5 days has been my experience but always depends with partner airlines.

You can try Rooms.Aero or Max My Point however neither are 100% accurate.
I booked 3 nights at the Hyatt Alila Ventana Big Sur for dates that didn’t show available on those sites.
Honestly for hotels, I just run manual searches at Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton.

You have quite a few options.
On the low end, the Amex Hilton Business is still offered with 10 free visits per calendar year to Priority Pass lounges with a $95 annual fee and some other perks too. The additional benefit of no 5/24 slot used.
From there you venture into the premium card realms.
If you’ve had your Chase Sapphire Preferred for more than 48 months (from the bonus not signup) you could downgrade that to a Freedom to get the Chase Sapphire Reserve with a sign up bonus.
The Capital One Venture X has a good lounge benefit with Priority Pass, Plaza Premium Lounge & their own limited but growing Capital One Lounge(s).
The strongest will be the Amex Platinum.
Great card with a lot of perks but also the highest annual fee but I more than double the annual fee in recouped cash each year.
With the Amex Platinum you have Centurion, Escape, Priority Pass & Plaza Premium lounge access and Delta & Lufthansa lounges (select airports) when flying on those airlines.

The only option with Chase is the form.
I received it very quickly though and my name was changed within 24 hours of submitting it through secure message.
