I think you still need to clear immigration and unless you are a Thai passport holder or physically disabled, the line for foreign passports is always super long.

I usually start taking immune-boosting vitamins about a week out from my trip and all the way through my trip and sometimes even a few days after if I have some left.
This year I’ve been really into Nuun tablets cuz they help with hydration and immune support.
Luckily haven’t gotten sick yet and have been to several countries on multiple continents this year.
These last few months as I’ve been to colder places I’m also masking up where it’s crowded to be safe. This has helped with not catching the colds and cases of flu going around this time of year
Food poisoning is harder to prevent.
I always travel with Pepto Bismol cuz I have a weak stomach but that really won’t help that much if it’s food poisoning

What’s great about schedule changes is that many times the airlines will do a lot to accommodate you.
