If you’re globalist with Hyatt, you can book a Guest of Honor stay using your points and they will get Globalist perks.

In my opinion, the best JFK Terminal 1 lounge is either Primeclass Lounge or Air France Lounge.
Both are good options for Priority Pass, barring rush hour crowd restrictions.
Apart from that, for Business Class and Star Alliance elite status, Lufthansa Senator Lounge appears to be a decent choice.

The other Star Alliance lounges really can’t compare to the United Polaris lounges.

No, the flights are going to be crammed full.
I wouldn’t be planning on using JAL to get to Hong Kong that time of year.

We just had a 65-minute layover at CDG.
I was a bit nervous, but we made it with time to spare.
And so did our luggage.
But I knew if we missed it there were 2 flights following ours.

My wife and I applied at the end of January 2023.
She got conditional approval in 48 hours.
Eight months later, I am still waiting.
When she did her interview, she was told it can take up to 11 months to get conditional approval.

It was good for remote mattress running (but not anymore).

Yes, but in my opinion Amex Platinum and Gold are worth the slot.
Amex Green should be sign up bonus only if you are over 5/24 and just want to keep digging that hole.

Yes it does.
So unless you are over 5/24, I would sign up for a Chase card that has a sign up bonus.
You can always get the Bilt Card after you are over 5/24.
